Chapter 162: Elliot, the gratitude earner & the bandit (a)
Read the previous chapter before reading this one. I had updated it with the content related to this book instead of my other one. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience it might’ve caused you. But sadly chapter can’t be deleted in web novel.
…..
[You’ve poured a hundred units of the essence of life into her body]
[You’ve increased Lucy Love’s lifespan by a hundred years, causing her to recover from all of her minor and major wounds, be it external or internal]
[Congratulations! Because of your actions, you managed to complete the trial, “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth!”. By saving Lucy Love’s life, you’ve paid the debt of gratitude that you owed to her elder sister!]
[For completing the hidden trial, you had gained two rewards]
[+1000 essence of life]
[Beads of life. I’ve stored the item in your subspace. Please check it out when you’ve time. You surely won’t be disappointed.]
“This much should be enough to wake her up.” After pouring a hundred units of his essence of life into her body, Elliot retracted his hands.
He didn’t know that Lucy was feeling the greatest pleasure of life, one enough to subconsciously make her wet between her thighs and grasps for breath. She felt something warm but super hot seeping into every part of her body, caressing her from the inside out, touching her erogenous and sensitive zones.
Lucy subconsciously sank deeper and deeper into the pleasure that enveloped every part of her curvaceous and tight body, having no intention of waking up.
“What did you just do to her?” Oliver Charlotte asked, a curious look in his eyes.
“Nothing for you to worry about,” Elliot said in a lazy tone without looking at him.
Oliver shrugged slightly, feeling a bit wronged. It’s not like he had offended Elliot, so why is he getting the cold shoulder?
True, he didn’t do enough to offend him, but one couldn’t change the fact that he was his opponent as well as someone standing opposite to him.
“Umm, thanks for helping us out.” Julian’s grateful voice came from behind him.
“No need to thank me,” Elliot said, an evil smile gracing the edges of his lips.
“Huh?” The others were a bit taken aback by his words as well as his weird smile.
“Be thankful to Lucy as she is the only reason why I saved you guys,” Elliot said without even sparing a glance at them.
“…”
Does that mean he wouldn’t have cared if we were to die under the claws and jaws of the panthers? No, that’s not right. If that were the case, he would have just helped Lucy instead of all of us. Is he heartless? Is he saying those words to appear cool? Does he suffer from eight-grade syndrome? Maybe he is a yandere?!
Seven of them cooked up a whole lot of things in their mind while eyeing each other.
“??” Only the one who was looking in his eyes managed to notice the demonic madness surging within his mortal flesh.
“Still, please accept our bow of respect and gratitude.” Julian’s cousin said in a respectful tone.
In the magician community, magicians show their respect to people they look up to by lowering their heads.
Julian, Oliver Charlotte, and the others did just that to show their respect to Elliot.
Elliot wasn’t a bit impressed with their retarded attitude!
“I don’t need your respect,” he said as the look in his eyes took a darker shade.
The eight people raised their heads to look at him, only to feel the madness radiating off of him, causing them to think that something wrong was going to happen.
“Instead of that, give me everything of worth on you,” Elliot said, his tone taking a darker turn!
The others were shocked to hear his words and their eyes widened like saucers in disbelief.
“What do you mean?” The one with burly muscles spoke in a somewhat shocked voice.
“I meant what I said,” Elliot said in a calm almost joking tone, but the spiritual energy blast that left his hand and blasted apart several trees showed how serious he was about looting them.
“It would be better to do as my master said because he will get what he wants whether you guys live or not.” Words of wisdom came out of the mouth of Elliot’s slave, who was using spiritual energy to blur its existence, causing it to hide from the eyes of the eight humans.
“What the heck?! What is this monster??” One of them said while pointing at Elliot’s slave, eyes widened in shock.
“It talks our language!” The one standing next to him was equally shocked.
The two were brothers, equally bad and murderous.
Their eldest slapped them back to their senses. “Idiots! Is this the time and place for you guys to be awed by a monster who can speak in our language?!”
His anger was justified because they were getting robbed by Elliot! Robbed!! Yet, the attentions of his little brothers were focused on a damn monster who was more or less Elliot’s partner in crime or pet!
The two rubbed the back of their head, then stepped behind their brother.
Elliot rolled his eyes at them, then demanded in a robber’s way, “Stop wasting my time and give me everything you got.”
“Don’t burn the bridges,” Julian said, pouting a bit.
“Whether the bridges burn or not, that’s up to the eight of you.” Elliot retorted, a sword manifested in his hand.
“Do you have to do this?” Oliver Charlotte asked while looking at Elliot.
“Yes, and don’t get me wrong, I am not doing this because I want to make trouble for you. I am doing this because I saved your lives, and all of you owe me one.” Elliot said while raising his head and showing them an honest smile.
“Now, don’t be ungrateful and give me what you got!”
“Bullshit! What you’re doing is outright theft!” Julian’s cousin said, feeling heartbroken and sad.
Honestly, she had fallen head over heels for Elliot the moment he came to their help. At that time, he looked like the most mesmerizing being in the universe, making her young and virgin heart flutter wildly. Then, after he showcased his strength, she was both horrified and crazed for his attention! Like any other girl, she wanted to marry someone strong who could keep her safe from the danger in the magician community! She wanted a knight in silver armor, one who belongs solely to her, and she found that in Elliot.
Though never in her wildest dreams could she had believed that her knight in silver armor, her first crush, would turn out to be a demon in disguise!
“You’re wrong,” Elliot said ever so calmly. “I am not robbing you. I am just demanding that you guys hand over the protection fees that I earned for saving your life!”
“Ask yourselves, wouldn’t you have died if I hadn’t stepped in to help you?” He added, this time a bit loudly.
True, he saved their lives, but does that give him the right to strip them naked in a deadly place like this where they would die if they have no treasures to protect themselves?
“We will die if you take away our treasures!” Julian said loudly, taking a step back to show that she did not want to give up her only hope to remain alive in this place.
“I am not going to give you what I earned while painstakingly surviving my torturous time in this place either.” Julian’s cousin added, standing beside her sister.
“Do your worst!” Both the girls exclaimed at him, totally in sync.
Elliot rolled his eyes at their stupidity.
Why can’t these girls understand him?
Are they retarded?
Do they not understand human language?
Must I use my fist to make them understand what I mean?
Elliot’s eyes turned a bit chilly. “Hurry up and start handing over your spatial treasures before I take them by force, and believe me, if I move, you guys won’t be able to move for a lifetime.”
“What should we do?” The burly man asked Oliver.
“What can we do?” Oliver chuckled dimly.
They weren’t strong enough to fight against him!
If he decided to make a move on them, they will die without landing a single hit on him.
He took off the spatial amulet, showing the other that he was going to give it to Elliot.
“Are you nuts?”
Oliver shook his head, then asked them, “Is your life worth less than the treasures on your body? Nope, right?”
