Chapter 16 - Playing with Fire
I told him that my friends, who he thought was my classmates, wanted to see his palace. He agreed.
Show you my dad’s costumes.

He indeed preferred long costumes. And there were not only women’s clothes. It was just in recent years that most of his costumes were women’s. So he didn’t cheat his fans.

Could you recognize all his cosmetics?
Looking at them, I just knew several common logos which could be seen in the shopping mall. But I knew nothing about what they were for.
My dad’s changing room was amazing!
I also met his friend, that girl.
Ms. XXXX was super cute, with a delicate face and good skin. She was wearing a sweet Lolita skirt. And her smile was like a blooming flower. By it, I could hardly tell her age.
She called my dad Brother. And the way my dad looked at her was super spoiling and sweet.
But I was not jealous.
I thought of a cartoon I watched when I was a child.
In that cartoon, the heroine had a brother, who had a classmate. Many people thought the brother and his classmate were just good friends when they were young. When they grew up, they finally found out the relationship between them. Now, whenever it came to that cartoon, everyone called that classmate sister-in-law.
I, automatically, replaced the role of that classmate.
And of course, Ms. XXXX was the heroine in that cartoon.
I hoped you could see how I treated Ms. XXXX in my mind.
However, Ms. XXXX seemed not to think so.
She was about 30 centimeters shorter than me, with a lovely dress. But when she saw me, she stood on her toes, touched my head and said in the tone as an older sister, “XX, I have often heard about you.”
...Why could she call me Baobao (baby in Chinese)?!
Well, for the sake of her being a goddess, I could forgive her.
She came here today to ask for help.
She and her friends were going to attend the Anime Expo. And they wanted to cos the characters in a game together.
My dad had four full sets of costumes for the characters. So she came here to borrow them.
My father agreed frankly to borrow three sets.
It was only the set of Tamae no mae that he refused to lend.
She was stunned: “Why? That is the most expensive and best one in our circle.”
My dad said, “I don’t care.”
She acted as a spoiled child: “Brother ~ I won’t let the person you do not like wear it!”
My dad said, “It’s not for this reason.”
Ms. XXXX looked at me for help, but my father was determined. So there was nothing I could do but shrug my shoulders helplessly.
At this time, my father suddenly turned his head towards me.
He eyed me up and down.
I had a bad feeling.
Then, he said: “If you wear it, it should be good.”
I didn’t know what to say.
No, I would not wear it.
But Ms. XXXX was quite smart, held on to me and said, “Baby, please~”. I felt shy to admit that I had never been held and I was pleased by such an attractive girl.
I couldn’t refuse her, just as I couldn’t refuse my dad at the age of eight.
I finally promised her.
So did my dad.
I suspected that my dad intended to do that.
I asked him: “Why are you doing this to me?”
“No. It’s just the succession of my costumes.” he said.
...What? Were you kidding me?
Forget it! I’d better focus on the final exam first.
These two days, I experienced ups and downs. The clouds had been cleared, although there were many discussions online.
So, see you after the exam.
———————————————————————————————-
I didn’t expect that I came back again after taking the exam for two days.
The reason must have been known by some people in the circle.
Ms. XXXX officially announced her plan about that cosplay show on Weibo and tagged me... What was more, my dad reposted it and tagged me specially, adding a sentence that made me want to die.
“Baobao, please carry the costumes in place of dad.”
What the hell?!
Oh My God!
Didn’t he quit the circle??
Why did he do that???
Why did he do this to me???
How could a dad do that to his son?
I saw that many people in this circle were gossiping about this matter, and that my Weibo had been glitching by the sudden influx of too much visitors.
I knew what he said were informative enough to be discussed for many days.
I also knew that there would soon be more people coming into this post.
I also knew that I would soon be exposed to the public like a salted fish in the sun.
Now I experienced the words that “die without a burial place”.
I shouldn’t write this post. I was playing with fire.
Well, bye everyone.
